Treatment Specialties

Every person comes to therapy with a different story. These are the areas where I focus my work. If you don’t see your concern listed, please reach out — we can talk about whether I’m a good fit during a free 15-minute consultation.

Anxiety & Stress

For high-achieving, goal-oriented people who have always pushed through — until the old ways of pushing, repressing, and avoiding stop working. Together we find new ways to cope that actually last.

Maternal Mental Health

Support through pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum, and the identity shifts, exhaustion, and relationship changes that come with becoming a mom.

Parenting & Caregiving

Raising children, caring for aging parents, or both at once. I help caregivers make space for their own needs while showing up for the people they love.

Cultural Stress & Identity

I work with clients of varied cultural, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds, including BIPOC clients and first-generation Americans and immigrant families navigating the unique challenges of assimilation and integration.

Life Transitions

A new role, a move, a loss, or even an exciting opportunity can come with a steep learning curve. I help you get unstuck and find your footing.

Grief & Loss

Loss takes many forms — a death, a relationship, a version of yourself. I offer a steady, compassionate space to grieve and heal at your own pace.

Relationships & Couples

Individual and couples therapy for relationship challenges with partners, family, friends, and co-workers, including codependency and communication patterns.

Self-Esteem & Women’s Issues

Building confidence, setting boundaries, and living in your truth, with attention to the pressures and expectations women carry.

I also help with

  • Depression
  • ADHD
  • Chronic health conditions
  • Body image and body positivity
  • Personal growth

Who I Work With

I work best with high-functioning, type-A, goal-oriented clients who have always done what they “should” and suddenly find that it isn’t working anymore. I especially enjoy working with new moms, people in their 20s, men, educators, BIPOC clients, first-generation Americans and immigrant parents, and LGBTQIA+ clients.
